Deposit: 50%. The balance is to be paid 60 days before arrival. Reservations can only be fixed following written confirmation from both sides, either by email, letter or fax. We recommend taking out Travel cancellation insurance.
Cancellation: For bookings for the winter months until 60 days before arrival free of charge. 50% deposit at booking, balance 60 days before arrival. In case of late arrival, early departure or no-show, the entire stay will be charged. In case of cancellation 60 days or more prior to arrival, we are entitled to charge the respective cancellation fee to your credit card.
